Mobile bars ensure a hassle-free setup and clean-up, allowing you to focus on enjoying the occasion while creating a social focal point to have your guests – and you, by extension – get into the partying energy.

Mobile Bartending Rates

 

How can you book us for an event?

  1. Book a Call. Book a call with us through our Calendly to see if our service will fit your events needs.
  2. Bar Proposal. If our service fits your event needs, we’ll send you a proposal that considers the fee for the set-up, the liquor, and service charges or fees associated with the event. Please note that the bar package is just a spending estimate based on your signature recipes, expected guest count, and service time and may change once we purchase since we charge it by cost.
  3. Booking and Confirmation: If you approve of the proposal, you may pay the event deposit to reserve the time that you’ll need our bar services.
  4. Event Planning & Curation: Once your booking is confirmed, we will curate your event's signature cocktails and menu based on your event’s theme and preferences. These cocktails will include your choice of standard or premium spirits, liqueurs needed for cocktail recipes, and optional beer and red/white wines.
  5. Final Payment: Kindly settle the final balance is due no less than 14 days before the event date.

What types of events do you specialize in?

We can do all types of events, from weddings to housewarming parties to corporate events. Just shoot us an e-mail or book a call to discuss if our services can fit your event needs.



What areas do you service, and do you charge extra for travel?

We service areas within the Atlanta Perimeter and just outside the Atlanta perimeter free of charge. Anything beyond 50 miles outside the perimeter may require a travel fee.

We are also available to travel outside the state of Georgia for services based on need and this will include travel fees and expenses.

 

Do you have a liquor license or do we need to provide one?

We currently don’t have a liquor license, however we do have a license to serve and pour.

We carry general liability and business insurance, and all our staff have completed ServSafe and TIPs training to ensure we provide you with the safest and most professional services.



How many bartenders will be provided for my event?

This will be decided on the number of people you have in your event as we have a general ratio for bartenders to attendees. But, you can also request for more than the recommended number of bartenders per attendees.



Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests you can serve?

There is no minimum or maximum guest count. We have services for small and intimate date nights of two to large weddings and corporate events that exceed 700 attendees.

 

Do you offer any discounts for large events or repeat clients?

While we do not offer discounts for larger events, we do take into account the number of hours and have hourly rate discounts applied for longer events.

For our most loyal repeat clients we do offer a small loyalty (family and friends) discount.

 

How early will you arrive to set up before the event?

We usually like to arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours prior to the event based on the bar setup.

 

Can you accommodate outdoor events, and what provisions do you make for weather?

We can accommodate outdoor events, and can offer a tent for setup if weather is a factor.

In the event that weather becomes a factor on the day of the event, we can discuss the best course of action for where we think would best fit the needs of the client and event.

We want to ensure the experience for all attendees and we are happy to adjust. 

 

Can you create signature cocktails for our event?

Yes, we offer up to three signature cocktails for your event curated to your theme and preferences.

 

Do you provide non-alcoholic beverage options?

Yes, we also provide non-alcoholic options if that’s to your preference. Simply let us know if this is something you want to consider in the build-up of your signature cocktails.

 

What are your most popular drinks or specialties?

Our most popular cocktails change by the season. You can just ask us about it when you book a call. 

 

Do you charge by the hour, per drink, or per person?

We charge by the hour when it comes to the bar service. Liquor used for the cocktails will be charged by cost with an additional service charge.
